Due to our continuing growth we have a full time vacancy for a Buying Assistant on our FMGC team. You will play a key role in providing effective & efficient support in our Buying department.
**Duties will include**:
- Processing Shipping documents
- Creating FOB orders
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Liaising with Far East suppliers
- Approving: Shipping images, carton marks and sales contracts
- Managing and organising showroom samples
- Sending out and managing lookbook/photography samples
- Competitor/trend analysis
- Internet - Upload lines on internet
- Answering Stores and Customers’ general queries
**Experience Required**:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in administration
- Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
