**Job Description**:
**The Care Companion role includes**:

- Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a **minimum of 1 hour** to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to **personal care**, **emotional wellbeing**, **social events** and **trips out in the community**.
- Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team.
- Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life.
- Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.

**Qualifications**:

- Full Driving Licence and means of transport preferred.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English Language
