Receptionist/administrator

We have an opportunity for a warm, friendly and ‘people’ person in a part-time permanent role of front of house receptionist for our Centre.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and so an _enthusiastic and customer care focused attitude is essentia_l.
The role requires a reliable and organised person with good attention to detail. You must have an excellent telephone manner and good time management skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload. We are a small non-clinical team and so you will be an important part of the team.
Duties will typically include (but not limited to)
- Greeting patients
- Checking new patient paperwork and entering details onto computer system
- Making appointments (both in person and over the telephone)
- Taking payments
- Producing invoices
- Scanning of reports
- Typing of reports and letters to GPs and Consultants
**You must be**
- reliable, punctual, well presented and articulate team player with an enthusiastic and customer care focused attitude
- fluent in written and spoken English
**You should have**
- an excellent telephone manner and good writing skills
- good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
**Hours**
Monday 8.45am - 5.30pm
Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
**Salary**
£10,000 pa
**Place of work**
The position is based in Perivale. The centre is easily accessible by car and is well served by public transport.

- Day shift
COVID-19 considerations:
Allthough PPE requirements have eased in healthcare setting we still provide our patients with surgical masks. There is no requirement for non-clinical staff to wear any PPE

- Ealing, UB6 7AZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
