Adecco Crewe are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our reputable and well established client based in Crewe. This is a, full time, office based position, on a temporary assignment for 4 weeks.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. Your duties will include:
Managing office stock levels and ordering new stationary and supplies,
Answering incoming phone calls via reception or internal departments,
Meeting and greeting customers for on site visits,
Assisting with resolving customer queries and issues,
Any other ad hoc duties where required, including supporting other departments when necessary.
The role is working Monday - Friday, with an early finish every other Friday on a rota basis. The office is based in Crewe and is easily accessible via public transport.
