Are you passionate about making a positive impact ? Do you have a knack for logistics and planning? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Transport Planner for planning up Class 1 / 2 General Haulage and Containers.

**Position**:Transport Planner **Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Planner, you will play a vital role in orchestrating the efficient transportation of good nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the waste management team to plan and optimize waste collection routes.
- Creating daily schedules for Class 1/2 HGV drivers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitoring and managing the transportation of waste materials, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Liaising with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve any transportation issues.

**Requirements**:

- Availability: You should be available to work Monday to Friday during the specified hours.
- Planning Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills are essential to excel in this role.
- Communication: Effective communication is key to coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders.
- Initiative: We value proactive individuals who can identify and implement improvements.
