Ground Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher & Groundworker to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for creating smooth and finished surfaces on concrete structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them
- Set up forms or molds to hold concrete in place
- Pour concrete into the forms and spread it evenly using hand tools or power tools
- Use trowels, screeds, and floats to create a smooth finish on the concrete surface
- Repair damaged concrete structures by patching or resurfacing them
- Operate commercial driving equipment to transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Use Mechanical equipment to prepare areas
- Manual work such as working concrete & aggregate
- Kerbing & Paving

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in concrete finishing
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment
- Experience in masonry work, including bricklaying or blocklaying, is preferred
- Knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Basic carpentry skills for formwork construction and repairs
- Welding skills for reinforcing steel installation is a bonus
