HSB Technical are currently working on behalf of our client and looking a number experienced outfitter, this would suit someone who is working as a Plater / Sheet Metal Worker.

**Key Skills required -**
- Ability to work with aluminium/stainless.
- Confident in cutting, bending, or shaping metal materials.
- Able to use basic hand tools and machinery.
- Able to understand and read technical drawings.
- Drills holes and bolts hardware, hatches, and other parts in place, using hand tools.
- Design of small brackets.
- To undertake any other projects or tasks that are assigned to you.
- Conscious of weight constraints when providing fitting solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 would be a advantage.
- This role would suit skilled Platers, Sheet Metal workers and similar trades.
- Able to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Must have completed an appropriate engineering apprenticeship.
- Must be flexible and will move from job to job.
- Must be able to work to the highest Health and Safety standards.
- To be able to work to a high standard.
- Good communicator.

- Portchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- Sheet metal: 3 years (preferred)
