The role is permanent and is based in our main office working 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assisting the Menswear Buying Manager with administrative tasks in relation to supplier management, data entry and analysis, running weekly reports for the Buying Manager, supporting with costings and procurement, visual merchandising and creation of point of sale.
- Assisting on the preparation of photo shoots, with tasks including picking of samples and clothing, maintaining the running order for the photo shoot, preparing the garments and accessories and taking part in photo shoots on and off site as a runner.
- Maintaining the photographic samples and area they are kept in.
- Supporting during the buying seasons on preparation for tradeshows and buying meetings.
- Assisting in organising and filing of archived fabric from multiple fabric suppliers and organising the fabric sample length room which includes: tracking cloth lengths received and sent to manufacturers, and cutting and preparing of cloth to go to manufacturers.
- Asset management and liaising with the website in regard to menswear buying, including gathering visual assets and detailed information for the website.
- Responding to external charitable requests and correspondence with guidance from the PR/Marketing Co-ordinator.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to write reports.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Confident and approachable people skills.
- A passion and desire to assist in the continual progress of the department.
