To assist a variety of departments with their daily duties such as; Estimating, Accounts, Purchasing & Administration
**MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES**
1. Present yourself and the company in a professional manner adhering to company policies (including H&S) at all times
2. Complete tenders in a timely manner and as per agreed timeframe targets
3. To assist all departments when required as directed in an administrative role
4. Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing
6. Provide cover within finance team
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- High attention to detail
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft
- Good communicator within different levels of the organization
- Works well as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Discretion
- Have a positive “will do” attitude
**QUALIFICATIONS**
GCSE Mathematics
GSCE English
