Terms**:Part-time flexible working, 3 days (22.5 hours) per week**

Location**:Fully Remote (time zones UTC-1 to UTC+2)**

**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate the Kyero brand to the next level through innovative and distinctive designs across web and other major comms channels. The Kyero website has up to 3 million visitors a month and UX is key to ensuring that Kyero is the go-to platform throughout their journey of buying or renting a property overseas. With huge growth plans, Kyero needs a designer who puts the customer experience at the forefront of every design while also ensuring the Kyero brand is recognised worldwide.

**Kyero’s Story**

Kyero helps people from all over the world to find their sunshine. We make it easier for international property buyers to achieve their dreams.

Many of us have moved countries so we know the joy of finding the place you want to call home. We also know the highs and lows involved in making that happen. Our founders, Louise and Martin, started Kyero based on the lessons they learned when they bought land in their favourite part of Spain. They harnessed what they learnt to create a company dedicated to helping people move from dreaming about sunshine to living in it.

**The Business**

We are an international team of 43 fully remote people located across 8 countries combining Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Design, Development, Data, Finance and Admin. All of us are truly passionate about the vision and purpose of Kyero.

This is a significant time for Kyero & we’re evolving our proposition to test new commercial models, improve the user experience and explore new ways of working. We are confident that we have all the ingredients not only to grow but to firmly become recognised as a market leader and do it with purpose.

We are using business as a force for good. In 2018 we became a business with negative carbon emissions. And given our commitment to helping people find a place they can call home, we allocate 1% of our annual revenue to the Spanish homeless charity Hogar Si Foundation RAIS. Kyero has recently become a B Corp company, and we hope to be an employee trust owned company in the near future.

**What You Will Bring**

**Your Experience**

You are a designer with skills in both UX and graphic design. You understand the importance of creating a world class online experience and can balance this with designs that stay true to the brand.

**Graphic design**
- You are able to work with stakeholders at all levels of a business, receiving, interpreting and challenging briefs in order to meet expectations.
- You have a passion for ensuring that the brand and the audience are always at the heart of every design.
- You understand the importance of using brand codes at every touchpoint in order to elevate the distinctiveness of a brand
- You have worked across a number of brands and have a strong portfolio of designs across all major channels
- You have experience in designing and editing videos
- Animation skills are highly desirable
- You can create illustrations for use across the website and infographics that represent data in an easy to digest format

**UX Design**
- You will be comfortable carrying out research in order to determine customers' needs and expectations and identify tripping points
- You have a clear understanding of UX best practice
- You can put together a case for UX updates and develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
- Firm understanding and ability to work within Figma.
- UX Design: UX/UI Prototyping principles, Interaction and experience design - function level principles and concepts
- UI design: GUI principles /tools /technologies
- HTML & CSS experience a plus

You will be a motivated self-starter who can manage your own time effectively. You are likely to have worked from home in the past & you know this works for you. You’re comfortable with the set-up and confident planning projects as part of a fully remote team.
