Town centres are a key focus of our Economic Development Strategy and we will be delivering a series of projects, events and activities that will strengthen our towns and communities. Our towns have fared quite well over the pandemic and they have been voted to be amongst the best performing centres in the UK. There is much more that needs to be done though. Do you have what it takes to be a part of this success?

You’ll be responsible for identifying, promoting and delivering opportunities, monitoring and overseeing the successful delivery of these projects by working with project leads across the Council and external partners. You’ll be working in the hub of the community engaging with business and the public to capture data, opinion and to assess the progress of all projects.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to develop strong working relationships with town centre shareholders.

If you have previous project experience, then you’ll know what it takes - an organised approach with strong communication skills.

- Please note that this is a part time role (30 hours per week) on a 2-year fixed term contract funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. _

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office and home working.
