**This job would be suitable for a current QCF Assessor who is looking for progression into an Internal Quality Assurer role. Academy for Project Management is a training, development and assessment organisation in Neath. Academy4PM are a growing organisation and, as such, this role would suit a self-motivated individual who likes to work in a flexible, friendly environment with real work to do.
- Maintain a sample strategy and planner for apprenticeship course tutors and EPAs
- Ensure all planned samples are carried out in a timely manner and claimed to meet compliance
- Conduct assessor and tutor observations, support visits and risk banding as per sampling strategy
- Provide robust oral and written feedback to course tutors and assessors that leads to timely success rates
- Develop course tutors/EPA assessors to excel in their operational activity
- Ensure IQA practice meets Ofsted and OfQual expectations
- Facilitate standardisation meetings as per strategy and planner
- Champion and train the use of the e-portfolio system
- Ensure the e-portfolio system is fully utilised to manage and monitor learner progress.
- Management of feedback and standardisation of End-Point Assessments to assessors
- Advising training providers of End-point Assessment results and sending record of achievement certificates as appropriate
- Obtaining timely feedback from apprentices and training providers and scheduling a monthly quality review of delivered EPAs
- Liaison with EQA and report End-Point Assessment records within agreed timescales
- Collation and retention of End-Point Assessment records for internal analysis and to support EQA regulations
- Support the recruitment process for new assessors to ensure the needs of the business are met

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
