We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist for our busy accounts and wages department.

**Your business as usual will be doing one or all of these**:

- First point of contact within A P Webb Plant Hire for all customers, suppliers and visitors.
- Answering telephone calls and ensuring all enquires are dealt with correctly.
- Dealing face to face with anyone visiting reception to escalate the visit to the relevant colleagues and offer hospitality where necessary / able to.
- Day to day administration tasks including scanning, photocopying, filing, & inputting of data onto the computer systems.
- Receipt of goods inwards and assistance with allocation of the deliveries to colleagues.
- Any other duties connected with the role
- Previous experience not essential
- Good numeracy and literacy (5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at grade 4 or higher)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- IT skills - Microsoft Word and Excel

Hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Salary range is £18,000 to 23,800.
