**_Recra are working in partnership_** with a well-established fabrication company who are looking to add a Hydraulic Press Setter/Operator to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Key Tasks**:

- Set and operate a Hydraulics Press Machine
- Fully understand core principles of pressing material movement
- Press tool simulation
- Press tool, design and manufacture
- Machine maintenance
- Selecting the appropriate tools and materials to be used in preparation for machinery work
- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process
- Set up, adjust and operate all of the basic machining centres in order to perform precision machining operations
- Report any defects or warranty in a timely manner
- Ensuring all work meets the appropriate standards and quality control criteria as set out by the company
- Adhere to health and safety responsibilities at all times
- Ensure that the workplace is kept tidy and equipment is kept clean
- Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines
- Inspecting equipment, identifying any errors
- Complete the required paperwork on a timely basis

- Monday - Thursday - 14:15-22:45 pm
- Friday - 11:00 am - 15:45 pm
