**Content and Engagement Lead - **(Inside IR35)**

**Contract Term: Until 31/03/2023**

**Contracting Authority: NHS England**

**Location: Hybrid - Visits to the Leeds office as and when required / Remote Working**

**Transformation Directorate working to develop and deliver our Digital strategy.** **They will be responsible for delivery of a portfolio of work, including delivery of the National Web Platform (NWP), the removal of the vast majority of legacy websites and the coordination of other digital functions..**

**The postholder will work collaboratively with stakeholders across HEE, other Arm’s Length Bodies and other key partners to drive the delivery of the digital strategy and to ensure the delivery of agreed outcomes within timescales according to Agile principles.**

From February 2023, NHS England, Health Education England and NHS Digital will be one single organisation, putting workforce, data, digital and technology at the heart of our plans to transform the NHS.

**As a Content and Engagement Lead your main responsibilities will be**
- Support the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement by holding the interests of patients and public at the heart of what they do. Operate in a highly political and sensitive environment with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Act in a way that is compliant with Standing Orders and Standing Financial and the Instructions and the NHS Management Code of Conduct in the discharge of this responsibility.
- Promotes value for taxpayers and the efficient use of public resources and actively promote the NHS Constitution and Values through personal behaviour and interaction with others and by the standards and example they set for those they work with.
- Aware of the impact of own behaviour on others and takes responsibility to address any personal development needs.
- Regularly assesses performance and risks and uses the results to make improvements and promote best practice. Promotes a safe environment for exchange of views and ideas.
- Promotes innovation, organisational learning and the sharing of best practice.
