**What you’ll be doing**

Planning is key to any successful studio shoot and without our brilliant Sample Coordinator, our brilliant Stylists and Photographers wouldn’t be able to do what they do. You’ll be responsible for keeping everything running like clockwork, on time and on schedule. Cool, calm and collected, you’ll make sure the right products are in the right places at the right time.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Receiving, logging and managing all product samples and their transportation for every studio shoot to ensure all daily targets are met
- Organizing samples for location shoots, such as press events and look book shoots
- Working closely with buying and the Pre-Production & Sample Manager to request samples in a timely manner once briefs have been decided
- Prioritising requests according to the shoot schedule
- Being responsible for all samples to be at the Studio for Photography shoots at the scheduled date
- Providing daily updates to the Pre-Production & Sample Manager on the status of samples and feeding back any concerns
- Working with the Styling Assistant to prepare the samples before shoots and find alternatives for unavailable samples
- Working with the Styling Assistant to provide a comprehensive and current selection of “in-stock” props
- Ensuring that suitable styling product that is sold by Dunelm is available to maximise upsell opportunities
- Updating all tracker documentation to ensure all assets have been successfully completed and samples can be located at all times
- Ensuring all samples are properly cared for and any damage is reported

- Comfortable with problem-solving, responding quickly to challenges and working with others to come up with solutions
- Adaptable and able to work on multiple tasks
- The ability to spot opportunities and implement new or improved processes to track samples
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets
- A desire and a willingness to learn
- You are self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude
