**About the Role**

Joining our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities across diverse industries.

Managing a temporary and temp-to-perm desk, recruiting for various sectors including, Public Sector, Industrial, Manufacturing, Waste Management, Commercial and Finance.

This role offers the right individual an opportunity to manage existing accounts and relationships, whilst providing a rare opportunity to mould the position into your own, without the pressure of having to build the initial foundations.

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, who has the work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced industry, time management is essential as this is a fully remote position giving you the tools to create a work-life balance that works for you and the wider business.

**General Responsibilities**
- Reconcile timesheets for weekly payroll processing.
- Manage holiday schedules, absences, and disciplinary actions.
- Cover on-call duties as per client requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the wider business to achieve results when needed.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role with transferable skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Basic understanding of human resources practices, procedures, and employment law
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidence, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
