At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role is an excellent opportunity to take your career within HR to the next level by continually developing your people skills, being involved with a wide variety of ER cases, and becoming indispensable to the efficient running of our HR processes. You can expect the role to involve:

- Overseeing the day to day HR operations,
- Delivering an effective, hands-on, practical support and advisory service to managers and employees,
- Being responsible for ER cases including actively managing disciplinary and grievance cases,
- Providing guidance on performance management issues,
- Actively manage sickness,
- Making payroll changes,
- Covering reporting and paperwork to support the above to ensure legal compliance,
- Supporting any upcoming changes within the business.

- Competent using a HR system,
- Experience of advising within the disciplinary and grievance process,
- Experience of advising within the Performance management process,
- Absence Management,
- Agency Management,
- Experience with ER casework (minutes / supporting investigations etc.)
- Want to learn and develop,
- Good commercial awareness.
