**Autism Spectrum Support Worker x 2 positions available (Full time in West Cornwall & part time in Mid/East Cornwall)**

The Autism Spectrum Team works across Cornwall, shaping positive futures for young people with autism. We do this through casework with young people, their carers and school staff, and through capacity building activities such as training staff, running parent workshops and young people's groups.

As a worker within the team your work is under the direction of an Autism Advisor however you will need to exercise good time management and show initiative within complex casework.

The focus of the team is to support the inclusion of autistic young people in schools, which is where much of your work will take place, although some work with carers and young people is delivered in the home.

The team is friendly and supportive, constantly striving to improve our offer and develop our skills for the benefit of autistic young people.
