**The Opportunity**:

We are currently recruiting to a new team being set up in our Coventry Head Office, to provide a predominantly phone based support service to our distance learning students.

**About You**:
We are looking for individuals who have experience of providing outstanding customer service over the phone. You will need to have a passion for helping people to succeed, and a willingness to learn new skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritise and organise a busy workload. Previous experience of working in a call centre, or of providing a student advisory service, would be an advantage. If this sounds like you, then you are just the person we are looking for.
