**Title: Commercial Underwriter**

**Salary: Up to £40,000**

**Location: Eastbourne (Hybrid and remote working available)**

An exciting new vacancy for a Technical Underwriting Specialist has become available with a specialist non-for-profit charity and faith Insurer, based in the sunny seaside town of Eastbourne.

The day-to-day duties will include underwriting various complex commercial policies, dealing with renewals, MTA's and New Business enquiries. In addition you will rate and review non-disclosure cases. You will work closely with the claims team as well asorganising meetings and analysing data on policies. You will also be required to create policies wordings for commercial products and analyse the architecture behind these.

**Experience**
- 5+ years commercial experience in commercial Underwriting, Broking or Product Development
- A minimum of Cert CII qualified
- Independent worker who is self-motivated
- A background in general commercial underwriting **OR** commercial product development
