They are seeking a highly organised and motivated Graduate Recruiter to join this proactive and innovative team

Purpose of the Role:
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring targets and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifestyle across a diversity of open roles helping managementfind, hire and retain quality talent. Grow and nurture high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up. Partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to find talent and plan, createand release job descriptions and announcement. Stay active and current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.

**Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities:

- Work towards recruitment goals and objectives.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders
- Learn the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
- Write and proofread job descriptions.
- Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
- Work towards key recruiting KPIs.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the requirements for the position.
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

**Qualifications** Essential:

- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management or related field

**Skills**:

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office databases and management systems
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Passionate about talent acquisition methods
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
- Some understanding and knowledge with Recruitment Marketing as advantage
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

**Experience**:

- Experience in recruitment, customer service or sales
- Good understanding and experience with Talent Acquisition tools such as an Applicant Tracking System
