Site Foreman

Chappell Enterprises are recruiting for **Site Foreman** to join our client on projects based around the country.

**The role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- To lead the team on site and have full knowledge of what is required of the job
- To be the main contact for any queries from colleagues, other site operatives and clients
- Able to operate all necessary machinery and equipment
- Able to set an example of good working practices on site
- Responsible for the team and completing the job required to an exceptional standard
- To adhere to Health and Safety regulations and comply with safety equipment and clothing at all times
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- To maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care
- Managing delivery of materials to site and communicating all delivery tickets to the office to cross reference
- Use of Laser equipment

**Must haves**:

- To have a can-do attitude and approach
- Reliable and pro-active
- Team player
- CSCS card (site operatives)
- Full, clean driving license
- Foreman experience
- All relevant training and knowledge
- Ability to set an example to others
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends as and when required
- Humility
- Strong work ethic
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills

**Desired**
- 5 years' experience in sports construction/renovation
- Over 5 years' experience with landscaping
- SSST Card (site supervisor)

**Salary**:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience

Monday to Friday - Some Saturdays required if deadline demands

Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
