**Role profile : The WHY**

This diverse role will help shape and define the message that sets the tone for the brand. As the key storyteller, you will be responsible for crafting impactful and engaging multichannel copy, press releases, and blog posts that champion the brand and drive desirability. You will dive head-on into each collection, delivering copy across all product lines, absorbing key product features and unique selling points (USPs), and creating compelling stories that resonate across our global channels and all media outlets. Your work will bring the brand's ethos, values, and mission to life, creating a strong identity.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Deliver copy for all campaigns, working closely with the founder to execute the story behind each collection and demonstrating how it will be rolled out and implemented across channels.
- Create and implement a blog strategy and editorial content schedule, working with SEO teams to craft engaging, SEO-driven blog content and stories.
- Be solely responsible for crafting all product descriptions and written product content for both site, press, and in-store.
- Exercise a strong understanding of customer journeys and best practices to enhance this.
- Work closely with our eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams to understand details surrounding our product range.
- Edit and proofread copy to a high standard. Adapt quickly to changing deadlines.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Strong background in advertising and creative copywriting, with 3+ years’ experience working in a copywriter role.
- Customer-centric mindset, delivering storytelling for a brand’s customers.
- Must have a portfolio of compelling work that showcases a variety of writing experiences and creative, innovative concepts/story angles.
- Previous experience working within a fashion environment, with demonstrable knowledge of key trends within the fashion industry.
- A degree in English or Journalism is preferable.
- SEO knowledge is desirable.

**SKILLS**
- Excellent written English with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and usage.
- Detail oriented with excellent research skills and knowledge of industry-specific terminology.
- An exceptional analytical mind with a commercial focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage and organize, given competing deadlines and priorities.
- Naturally confident with strong communication skills - both written and verbally.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with people at all levels.
- Independent but enjoy working in a team and have a flexible approach to working.
You will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results.
