**The Trainee Coordinator Role**
**Trainee Coordinator Key Duties**
- Working closely with and supporting the sales team and procurement team.
- Administration of sales orders/quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
- Administer purchase orders and all other associated administration
- To ensure that purchasing transactions are conducted in the timeliest and cost-effective manner
- Regular use of internal CRM system
- Dealing with incoming customer queries and providing advice & solutions
- Working towards the development of a portfolio of existing accounts
- Closely liaising with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
**Do you have the correct profile?**
Whilst this is very much a development role (so full training will be provided), it would be useful if you have had some previous experience of working within a fast-paced office environment and gained some administration/customer service skills. We can teach you the rest It would obviously be helpful if you have a genuine interest in pursuing a career path within purchasing/sales. As a minimum requirement, we do also seek strong computer literacy (MS Office to include Excel spreadsheets) & strong attention to detail.
