Kenilworth, United Kingdom Inform Recruitment Ltd Full time

My client is a not-for-profit organisation. Recently, they have seen substantial growth, so it’s a great time to join them. Due to an internal promotion, I am recruiting a new Compliance Administrator to join their Regulatory Compliance team.

**Purpose of the role**

As Compliance Administrator, you will work as part of a team of 6 and be responsible for the organisation of quality assurance activity to ensure full compliance with the quality standards and strategy.

**As Compliance Administrator, your responsibilities will be**:

- Organising risk-assessed provider quality assurance
- Ensuring compliance with the organisation’s strategy by organising the validation of assessments
- Processing EQA reports
- Working alongside EQAs
- Supporting the scheduling and delivery of EQA standards
- Monitoring Assessor and EQA performance
- Reviewing online exams
- Coordinate meetings
- Collating performance data and producing reports
- Maintaining quality system processes
- Updating records
- Working to KPIs and in line with SLAs

**Requirements for the role**:
The Compliance Administrator position requires excellent administrative experience, impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential, with the confidence to occasionally have challenging conversations. Strong IT literacy - specifically, experience updating and maintaining spreadsheets - is a requirement.

Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of the ISO process concerning quality standards. If you come from a mentoring, training, or membership background, this would be very relevant - however, it is not essential. You’ll take ownership of tasks and pride yourself in delivering your work to the highest of standards.

**Salary**

Your salary will start at £23500 and increase to £24000 following successfully passing your probation.

**Benefits**

You’ll have the benefit of hybrid working - just one or two days in the office. You’ll receive a medical cash plan, employee rewards, and health and wellness-focused initiatives. The annual leave entitlement starts at 25 days and will increase with your length of service. For days you are in the office, there is ample on-site parking.

*Please note: Access to transport is essential to this position due to the location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
