Hays are looking for an experienced Joiner to work on void domestic properties around Edinburgh
**Your new company**
You will be joining an established organisation in the area who have a large multi trade team covering all trades. They work predominantly in domestic houses and are able to offer a long term opportunity to the right person
**Your new role**
You will be working in Void properties, bringing them back up to a liveable standard before new tenants move in. This could include kitchen & bathroom fitting, hanging internal doors, upgrading all fixtures & fittings, finishing works and any external joinery(fencing repairs etc)
**What you'll need to succeed**
We are looking to speak to time served joiners who have a maintenance background, however happy to consider those with a number of years experience. As this contract is in existing buildings, you do NOT need a CSCS card, however a driving license is required
**What you'll get in return**
You will be offered a long term contract which will keep you employed throughout 2023, as well as receiving regular updates from your Hays consultant. We will pay you weekly & you will build up holiday pay throughout your time with us.
