**About the Home**
- 33 Bedded Residential and Nursing Home
- Moorlands Nursing Home, Lightwater GU18 5US
- Full-Time, 42.5 hours per week - Includes weekend shifts
- £10.42 per hour
- Meal included per shift

The key ingredients to being a successful Wellbeing Coordinator is the interpersonal and preparation abilities that will ensure every resident is making the most of every day, delivering activities and ideas that bring out the best in those we passionately care about. You will be responsible for developing that forward plan of activities for the residents to create and deliver a 7-day service.

Wellbeing Coordinator Role Purpose
- To provide stimulation and encouragement to residents through entertainment, activities and community links.
- To promote the Home by arranging fund-raising events and functions.
- To build good relationships with residents and relatives.
- To act in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home
- Liaise with manager on associated planning costs and resourcing of events.
