Theatre Porter | Rowley Hall Hospital | Full Time 37.5 Hours
Rowley Hall Hospital are seeking a full time Theatre Porter, due to an increase in Theatre activity and to streamline the patient collection process.
The role
With a strong focus on customer service, our team of Porters provide a vital service in our hospital. Escorting patients in a safe and friendly manner is a key function of the role. As a Theatre Porter you will be required to provide general porter services to our Theatre department to minimise manual handling by recovery staff and improve departmental processes.
What you will bring with you- Be friendly and professional combined with excellent customer service skills- Need to be physically fit to carry out a wide range of manual handling tasks such as transferring patients on trolley beds or moving furniture and equipment throughout the hospital- Have a friendly ‘can do’ attitude that supports the values of the Company- Need to work flexible hours that could include late evenings and weekends on a shift rota system

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 13 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities.
