Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff are currently looking for dedicated and flexible Drama Graduates, or Actors with a degree, to work as a Teaching Assistant covering various lessons in schools across RCT. You will have the opportunity to work 1-1 with students as well as the class. We offer an in-house TA School to give you extra support, should you need it, as well as many CPD Courses to better support you in your role.

In this role, you are required to:

- work 1-1 with children, ensuring they reach maximum potential
- creating learning resources
- checking pupils' work and providing feedback
- supporting pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities
- prepare the classroom before lessons

- Have experience of working with young people aged 11-16.
- Have a degree in Drama or performing arts or hold another degree but have acting experience
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
