**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative to join our team in the fridge and processing department. As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Normal working hours are 07:00 to 15:30 Monday - Friday. Two days per week you will be required to work 05:00 to 13:30.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment in a factory environement
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow hygiene requirements
- Collaborate with team members

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the meat industry is preferred but not required
- An up to date forklift truck license is preferred but not required

**Skills**:

- Ability to work in a hands-on role
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willing to work with animal products (sheep intestines)

In addition to the hourly rate of pay we also offer a weekly bonus based on production performance. An annual bonus is paid dependent on overall business performance.
