**Are you an experienced Multi Skill Plumber who is great at fitting bathrooms?**

**Calling all Bathroom Fitters**

Platform Property Care has an opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Operative to join our busy Programme team as a Bathroom Fitter and help us maintain and improve our homes in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

**What could you be doing?**

You will excel at fitting bathrooms, and you will be ensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

Based in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and covering properties in Evesham, Pershore, Cheltenham and Gloucester plumbing will be your main focus but experience in other trades will definitely be needed to help this team achieve their programme. You will need to have proven experience of fitting and installing bathrooms and wet rooms.

**We want somebody who can**:
A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.

**We want someone who has**:

- NVQ L2 Plumbing is desirable but not essential if you have demonstrable experience in Plumbing or Bathroom Fitting
- Experience of working as a plumber in the building trade either as a Plumber or as a multi-skilled Plumber
- You must be used to fitting bathrooms and completed a large number of these in the past; this will be your main job and this is essential for you to be considered for this role
- Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council
- You will be a true Multi Skill Trades Operative with associated trade skills of basic carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling.
- Experience of delivering multi-trade work
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of keeping jobs on track
- The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
- Full driving Licence
- As you will be working within Customer’s homes this role requires a DBS check.

There is also the opportunity to earn from being on the out of hours rota as required.
