Freelance Site Agent

PSR Solutions are working together with a civils and infrastructure specialist contractor to hire a Site Agent to manage a twelve month project.

Ideally, the Site Agent will have experience of successfully managing and self-delivering civils work, capable of leading a team. The team would consist of an Engineer, Foreman and severla trades teams. You will ideally have experience of drainage, earthworks, concrete repairs, groundworks, utilities and streetworks.

**Responsibilities**
- Overall control and management site safety and programming.
- Resource allocation for the project
- Reporting to contracts/ framework management staff on budget control and programme updates
- Ensure safe site practices are enforced throughout
- Regular client updates and progress reports
- Management of overall construction programme

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous of experience of working on construction and infrastructure projects with a water board
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- NRSWA/ Street works Supervisor
- Excellent man-management and sub-contractor management
- Strong leadership and motivational qualities
- Great time management
- Team Player
