A Global Law Firm is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team.
**Your new company**
A Global Law Firm is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their in-house Global Procurement team. This organisation has offices globally including UK & Europe, Middle East and Africa.
**Your new role**
As a Procurement Specialist you will join the in-house Global Procurement function to support the introduction of best practice, processes, procedures and deliver value of the end-to-end Procurement process. You will work alongside the category managers tocreate and implement strategic category plans including supplier management. You will be reporting to and working with the Procurement Operations Manager to support the role out of Procurement Processes and implementation of the Procure to Pay systems in theGreenfield environment. This role will also include ad-hoc activities such as maintaining and updating content on the Procurement portal and providing monthly spend reports to category managers to ensure the function is maintaining cost-savings.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have proven experience within Procurement to be able to work alongside the category managers.
You will have experience with carrying out tender activities including market analysis & RFx
You will have the ability to manage and prioritise projects in a fast moving environment.
You will have a can-do attitude and work on your own initiative.
