Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with all Finance & HR duties of the company
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed
- Assist with ordering of stock for production
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage production team rota and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in computerized systems and ability to type quickly and accurately
- Professional phone etiquette
You must have eligibility to work in theUnited Kingdom.
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
