**Sales Administrator Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly team at Avalon Guns Ltd, working for one of the leading gun and sporting goods shops in the UK.

The job will involve but not be exclusive too:

- Offering help and advice to customers both in store and over the phone to aid with the sales process
- Processing Orders.
- Administrating returns.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Booking stock in.
- End of day till readings.
- Processing Special Orders.
- Stock taking.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Selling products to customers in store.
- Handling customer enquiries, face to face and also on the telephone.
- Preparing and packing guns for dispatch.

About you

You will need to be presentable, punctual and able to work under pressure with excellent communication skills.

Successful applicants will be expected to be flexible with working hours and location between branches. Avalon Guns operates between 9.00 till 17.00 with shift work on a 5 days out of 7 basis including Saturday and Sunday along with a late night through the summer on a Thursday.

Required experience:

- Microsoft Excel.
- Data Entry

Salary dependent on experience.

Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
