We are looking for an Administrator to support our site Services team, based at our Headquarters at Heage. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
**Duties of the Role**:
- Processing material orders as required for the department and ordering of hired plant and transport
- Reporting, responding and actioning breakdowns and faults of hired plant
- Processing Invoices and Sub-contract invoices
- Ensure all hire and sale are inputted correcting onto the hire system Insphire
- Action / allocate incoming electronic mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally and internally
- Meet and greet visitors to the office and taking incoming calls
- Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery
- Provide admin support to line managers
- Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service, and business performance in the preparation of paperwork within the office environment.
**Key Skills & Experience Required**:
- NVQ 3 Business & Administration or equivalent
- GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Good organisational and timekeeping skills
- Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
- Pro-active with the ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy of administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
- An understand of portal systems an advantage
