Commercial Administrator

Valeco Recruitment are delighted to work exclusively with our client based in Loanhead who are a globally recognised brand based in the heart of Midlothian.

On offer is a fixed term contract for 4 months, however this may go on longer. You will be office based with 1 day per week from home, if you choose to be at home.

Our clients busy Sales & Commercial Department are looking to bring on board a Commercial Administrator to join them on Monday 12th June to ensure a clear and concise handover is given.

What will the role involve?
- Assist with visitors coming on site, issuing out visitor badges etc
- Inputting sales orders onto the internal system
- Placing orders
- Ensuring pricing is accurate and updated always
- Raising purchase order numbers and receipts
- Deal with company vehicles, booking in services/MOT's etc
- Assisting the MD and Head of Dept with ad hoc duties.

If you are an organised administrator, with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills we would love to hear from you.

You will be comfortable working on the MS Office Suite, and be able to learn new internal systems quickly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
