High Risk and Rescue Top Man

**Hours of Work**: 45 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Top Man during high-risk and rescue operations, with a specific focus on confined spaces.
- Provide essential support to operatives working in confined spaces
- Execute emergency rescue procedures efficiently and safely.
- Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Regularly inspect and maintain safety equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging and high-pressure situations.

**Tickets/Training/Certifications Required**:

- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- Confined Spaces High Risk certification
- Safety Critical Medical certification

**Specific Experience Required**:

- Previous experience working as a Top Man within confined spaces.
- Strong knowledge of rescue techniques and procedures in high-risk environments.
- Familiarity with safety equipment and tools used in confined space operations.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to strictly following safety protocols.
- Physical fitness and endurance to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Effective communication skills and a strong team player.
- A positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating dedication to safety and excellence in work.
