Duke of Edinburgh and Funded Programmes Co-ordinator

The 0-19 Early Help Service delivers interventions to children, young people and families across the borough. Barnet holds the Duke of Edinburgh accreditation licence and this role will work alongside the manager to develop the programme, ensuring all young people, including those most vulnerable, are able to take part. As well as co-ordinating the Duke of Edinburgh programme you will work collaboratively with our positive activities team to develop ongoing exciting programmes for children and young people across the Borough. This will include working with young people to co-produce programmes in order to ensure our delivery is relevant and meets the changing needs and interests of the children and young people in the Borough.
You will be an efficient and motivated administrator/co-ordinator who is flexible and able to adapt according to delivery and proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other IT systems.
You will have the ability to work within a dynamic fast pace team using your initiative within key areas ensuring a high quality delivery borough wide.
You must be available to work unsociable hours including evenings, weekends and residentials.
