We’re looking for a Regulatory Reporting Coordinator who is passionate about reporting and ensuring that TSB maintains compliance with our regulators. As part of the Regulatory Reporting Team, you will be assisting in the preparation and delivery of reporting and helping in the implementation of regulatory changes.

The team are currently spread across Edinburgh and Bristol; however, the team works flexibly between home and office. If working remotely is new to you, don’t worry, we’ll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work without distraction and a consistent internet connection (download speed - 10 mbps; upload speed - 3mbps).

What we need today

To make sure you’re set up for success you’ll already have these skills and experience:
Experience in the preparation of financial or management reporting.

Time management skills.

Experience with using data in reporting and attention to data accuracy.

Experience in identifying problems within returns as they are prepared and ensuring resolution or escalation where appropriate.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Good communication skills.

Keep abreast of regulatory developments and assisting in implementation of changes.

Develop experience in regulatory reporting.

Develop a good understanding of finance systems and processes.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other finance and risk teams.
