**The role**

A new opportunity has arisen within our Consultancy department for a Principal Consultant whom specialises in Rubber and would like to be part of a great team.

Our consultants work with the business and our clients to deliver accurate data with high touch and to also create and deliver technical training and materials.

If you enjoy problem solving, growing relationships with clients, being hands on and have a passion for the physical sciences, this role would be ideal for you.

Role Objectives:

- Lead and deliver sales, business development and wins to meet personal target and support meeting overall wins target for the team, as well as supporting wins for other business areas.
- Deliver against revenue generation objectives (individual) and support revenue generation for the team, as well as other business areas.
- Development and delivery of technical training courses and materials.
- Responsible for achievement of personal key performance indicators
- Deliver timely, high-quality, value-added projects.
- Define technical scope of projects in order to deliver effective solutions for clients
