**The Company**: Established IFA business based in North Leeds who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their expanding back-office support team, working alongside multiple private wealth focused financial advisers:

- **Office Location**:Central Leeds
- **Hybrid/Home Working**: Yes - 3-days in the office/2-days WFH

**Package**: £25-30k DOE + discretionary bonus and full company benefits
- Benefits: Includes 7% pension, Private healthcare, 4xDIS plus full company benefits
- Working hours: Full-time - 37.5hrs p/w

**The Role**:To support the advice process providing full financial planning administration support. Duties include:

- Preparing client valuations and review packs
- Producing annual review reports
- Creating and maintaining fees, and producing invoices where appropriate
- Dealing with ad-hoc client and provider queries professionally and efficiently
- Sending letters of authority, and requesting and collating plan information
- Use of the back office system (Intelliflo Office) to ensure client records are complete and accurate

**The Person**: An IFA/wealth management background is essential alongside having exposure to, and supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a technical administration capacity:

- New/existing business processing experience across investments, pensions and protection advice
- Intelliflo office system experience preferred, but not essential
