**Who we are**:
D&D London is a diverse and vibrant collection of 43 restaurants (including one with a Michelin Star) and an award-winning hotel situated in London and beyond. Founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the D and D in the name) in 2006, the company has rapidly expanded and contains some of London’s most iconic restaurants, such as Bluebird, Le Pont de la Tour, Sartoria, German Gymnasium and 14 Hills. Outside London the company has made their mark by opening Crafthouse, Angelica, Issho in Leeds and 20 Stories in Manchester

**The role**
We have an opportunity for an Personal Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The PA will present a well organised, efficient and professional office through delivery of a comprehensive support service to our COO. The PA will ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information, maintaining confidentiality at all times. This role sits within the company Head Office, working closely with all Department Heads, but directly supporting the COO.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Diary management, including scheduling of internal and external meetings, site visits, board meetings and conference calls.
- Travel management, to ensure all travel (UK and international) is organised for the COO and itineraries scheduled.
- Taking meeting minutes, clearly communicating action points, ensuring deadlines of follow-up are met.
- Preparation for meetings, ensuring all documents and agendas are circulated ahead of each meeting and relevant documents are printed when required.
- Preparation and distribution of monthly board meeting packs with input from Directors.
- Planning of Management Meetings, Away Days, Socials and Management Trips throughout the year within budget.
- Monitoring online customer feedback of international sites and drafting summary reports for COO.
- Manage holiday requests from COO's direct reports.

Key Requirements:

- Previous relevant experience of supporting a senior business leader.
- Excellent organisational / secretarial / administrative skills.
- Computer literacy including full knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written English / grammar.
- Excellent communicator at all levels.
- Able to demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to workload.
- Interest in restaurants and hospitality is preferred but not essential.
