**Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 37.5 hours**

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
Working as part of a central team reporting to the Transport Manager, your role will be to support the running of the department, ensuring compliance is kept up to date whilst communicating and engaging with the delivery teams regularly.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing the rota and organising any agency cover to ensure we have sufficient resource for business plans.
- Ensuring compliance is kept up to date on several different systems.
- Supporting the Transport Manager with any disciplinary process’.
- Assisting with the routing and planning of our delivery runs, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Communicating any updates to the delivery teams.
- Carrying out 1 to1 assessments with delivery teams.
- Liaising with the Customer Care team regarding any complaints about delivery teams, and relaying to the Transport Manager.
- Supporting the Transport Manager and Delivery Team Supervisor with the day to day running of the department.
- Dynamically dealing with any recurring issues of non-compliance, by addressing with the member of staff involved and bringing to the attention of the Transport Manager.
- Monitoring Trustpilot and acting upon any trends you may come across, positive or negative.
- Supporting with Health and Safety compliance.
**Skills**
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office.
- Very strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, can do attitude towards work.
