**Caledonia Water Alliance is a Joint Venture alliance between Aecom and Morrison Water Services to support the delivery of Scottish Water's SR21 Capital Investment programme. Which is responsible for the delivery of a £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme over a 6 year alliance framework.

As a **Site Agent** you will be part of our Operations Team who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our wastewater and water infrastructure and civil engineering projects**.**

**As the Site Agent your duties & responsibilities will include**:

- Manage a site supervision team on a large value or portfolio of projects
- Ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure and drive a strong Health & Safety and quality focus culture
- Undertaking site safety audits and ensure that the site teams undertake their own audits
- Thorough perceptive of the project commercial position and efficiency targets and ensure that project costs are recorded and utilised efficiently
- Identifying areas where the client should be made aware of issues through the EWN system
- Ensure that materials have been procured and delivered and labour has been planned in accordance with construction programme
- Liaison with the project teams to feedback on milestones and issues that arise and/or ensure that the teams on site contact the project teams
- Manage subcontract packages of work and ensure sub-contractor construction programme are adhered to, identifying and reporting areas of concern/delay.
- Management of private land access and highway possessions
- Manage work fronts in local communities and ensure a positive approach to dealing with members of the public

Do you hold a Civil Engineering degree or similar qualification?

Have you gained management experience within the construction industry?

Do you have a full UK driving Licence?

Are you qualified in SHEA Water?
