The core purpose of our warehouse operation is to delight customers and provide excellent service by delivering the correct goods on time, every time, and in perfect condition. You'd be joining us at a key time as we transform our culture and as part of the team you'll be an important part of this process.

**What you'll be doing**:
You'll be a versatile and active member of the warehouse team with day to day duties including:

- Accurate Order Picking, by Batch and Best Before date
- Checking & Packing
- Order Dispatch & Assembly for courier collection
- Other warehouse duties as work dictates

You'll need to work productively & effectively with the warehouse team and make a positive contribution to our culture through a positive, collaborative and versatile approach to your work. You'll also need a keen eye for detail, ensuring that your work is accurately recorded in our warehouse system, and work at all times in accordance with our established processes.

You'll be as happy working independently as alongside your team colleagues and you'll thrive in a fast paced warehouse environment. We do need you to have previous experience in a busy dispatch operation and you'll know what your strengths are, but will also be keen to continually develop your skills and actively participate in ongoing peer-to-peer coaching as well as formal training.

You'll be driven by being part of a successful team rather than individual success and will be confident, self-motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic, honest and reliable.

The role offers a really good opportunity to keep fit as you'll be on your feet every day moving around the warehouse picking, packing, replenishing and checking goods received. It involves a high degree of manual handling, and requires a real attention to detail to ensure that orders are dispatched accurately and on time - every time. You'll also need a keen eye for working safely within a busy warehouse environment, and you'll be jointly responsible for ensuring that the whole team works effectively and safely whilst achieving challenging goals.

Our base salary is £10.90 /hour on completion of your probation (3-6 months). We'll also provide the tea, coffee and drinks.

On top of that, you'll have 28 days paid holiday + an extra day for your birthday, and the option of being part of our contributory pension scheme.

**Normal Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
