We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Scoping Surveyor to join a Civil Engineering organisation as part of their Rail division.

As a Scoping Surveyor you will be responsible for reviewing work remits and conducting assessments for site access, quantities and task durations. You will be liaising with the commercial team, attending site visits with sub contractors and suppliers andconducting pre-site surveys.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Outlining works methodology in line with company standards
- Quantify work requirements in line with commercial guidance
- Highlight any additional works and requirements
- Quantify requirements for labour, plant, materials and equipment
- Liaise with landowners to arrange site access
- Liaise with Ops Managers for project handover and successful tenders
- Ensure compliance with all company HS&E policies

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.
You will be working a standard 40 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available.
**You will need;**
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) Desirable
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- RICS / CIOB Qualification or atleast 10 years experience
- Valid SMSTS Card
- Atleast 5 Years Experience in Buildings & Civil
- Knowledge of CDM Building Regulations
