**Hamd House Secondary School** is an outstanding school based in Birmingham. We are seeking to appoint committed, enthusiastic and positive Graduate Learning Support Assistant with a passion for, and experience of, providing academic support to children with special educational needs.

- Have degree equivalent qualification or experience to demonstrate the requirements required by a teaching assistant.
- Have minimum GCSE (A*- C / 9 - 4) / Level 2 English/literacy and Mathematics/numeracy
- Committed to nurturing, enhancing and upholding our inclusive ethos, vision and aims.
- Excellent practitioners with the commitment and ability to ensure the highest possible standards for all pupils.
- Able to inspire, challenge and motivate pupils and colleagues.

- Committed to developing their own expertise, knowledge and skills to enhance their effectiveness as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
