**The Role**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage stakeholder requests and update digital marketing campaigns in a centralised calendar.
- Control flow and frequency of messaging to targeted audiences, ensuring best practices are in place.
- Write copy in line with Wembley Stadium and Club Wembley's tone of voice, and produce engaging content for digital channels.
- Support on social media activity across a range of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Contribute to the management of the Wembley Stadium and Club Wembley websites in Sitecore.

**What we are looking for**
- Essential
- Experience developing and delivering digital marketing and CRM campaigns with stated KPIs.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using technology to drive effective and efficient results.
- Thorough knowledge of all current digital and social media platforms.
- Reporting experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, (thorough knowledge of Excel an advantage).
- Confident communicator.
- Good attention to detail.
- Desirable
- Worked with or as part of a marketing team.
- Qualification in digital marketing or CRM.
- Experience managing a CMS - preferably Sitecore.
- Strong communication skills - especially via digital channels.
- An interest in sport, entertainment and hospitality.
- Experience with loyalty programmes / memberships.
- Experience in a data driven background.
- HTML knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop.
- Experience with post campaign analysis.

- Please be aware that unless you are on a homebased contract, your contract with The FA will specify a fixed location of either Wembley Stadium, St. George's Park or our Processing Centre.
- We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
